Rujak is a traditional fruits or vegetables salad with sauce. One of the many variants of rujak is the rujak Cingur, which comes from East Java and this rujak has meat in it (cow lips) and some vegetables and fruits: young and raw mango, cucumber, pineapple, tofu, tempe, kangkung and lontong and topped with black petis sauce, ground peanuts and bawang goreng with cram colored krupuk udang (Indonesian Shrimp crackers).
